About us
A Karachi tent maker in the Polani Group
Polani Tents manufactures and exports tents, tarpaulins and canvas goods from F-528 SITE Area, Karachi, Pakistan. We are part of the Polani Group, a family of Karachi manufacturers working in textiles, minerals and food since 2000.

What we do
We cut, stitch and pack tents for humanitarian agencies, defence buyers, importers and outdoor brands. Our range covers UNHCR-type family tents and other relief shelter, military frame and arctic tents, cotton canvas bell and safari tents, and canvas, PE and PVC tarpaulins.
Every order starts with the buyer's specification. We confirm fabrics, sizes and accessories line by line, make a pre-production sample, and welcome buyer and third-party inspection before shipment from Karachi Port or Port Qasim.
Textile experience across the Polani Group, from Polani Industries' towel and bathrobe weaving to Al Haseeb Apparels' garment making, gives us a skilled sewing workforce and close links to Pakistan's cotton canvas mills.

How an order runs
From tender to container
A clear sequence, with a sign-off at each stage so your inspector and ours check against the same document.

Pre-production sample
A full tent is made and photographed, or couriered for your approval before bulk cutting starts.
- 3
Fabric testing
Canvas lots are checked for weight, water penetration and treatment, with lab reports on request.
- 4
Cutting & stitching
Panels are cut to pattern and joined with double-stitched seams; eyelets, zips and webbing fitted per drawing.
- 5
Inspection
Pitching and AQL checks in-house. Buyer and third-party inspectors are welcome.
- 6
Baling & shipment
Each tent is baled with its kit, marked to your shipping marks, and loaded at Karachi Port or Port Qasim.
