Made in Karachi

Built to your specification

Humanitarian buyers need tents that match the catalogue specification exactly, arrive on time and stand up to a full season in the field. We build family tents to the UNHCR reference specification: a 16 m² living area with two 3.5 m² vestibules, a 350 g/m² poly-cotton roof, a removable inner tent and a woven PE groundsheet.

We also manufacture to ICRC and IFRC catalogue items, national disaster management authority tenders and your own drawings. Each lot can be tested for fabric weight, water penetration, rot resistance and fire performance before shipment, and buyer or third-party inspectors are welcome at our Karachi facility.

FAQ

Relief Tents: questions buyers ask

Short answers for procurement teams. Send us your tender for a detailed reply.

Do you make UNHCR-type family tents?

Yes. We build the ridge-type family tent to the UNHCR catalogue specification: 16 m² floor plus two 3.5 m² vestibules, 350 g/m² poly-cotton roof, removable inner tent and PE groundsheet. ICRC and IFRC variants and winterisation kits are also available.

How many family tents fit in a container?

On the UNHCR reference specification, about 140 tents fit in a 20′ GP, 300 in a 40′ DC and 350 in a 40′ high-cube, loaded without cage.

Can you supply relief tents for an emergency appeal?

Yes. Send the quantity, specification and destination port and we will confirm a production slot and shipping date in our quotation.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum export order is one 20′ container. For UNHCR-type family tents that is about 140 tents. Pre-production samples are available before you place the order.

Can you manufacture to our own tender specification?

Yes. Send the tender document, drawings or a sample. We confirm every line of the specification in our quotation and produce a pre-production sample before bulk.

Which countries do you export to?

We quote for buyers worldwide, with most relief and military demand coming from the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Europe. We ship FOB Karachi or deliver CFR / CIF to your port.
